Not at this time. Dr. Pham is currently an out-of-network provider. Upon request, a superbill will be issued that may be submitted to your insurer. Depending on your plan, a portion of out-of-network psychiatric care may be reimbursed.

Initial Phone Consultation (15 minutes): Complimentary Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $450 Follow Up Visit (30 minutes): $225

Yes. All appointments are conducted over a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, so you can meet from wherever you’re comfortable.

What states are you licensed in?

Dr. Pham is licensed in California, so patients establishing care must reside in California.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Dr. Pham does not currently prescribe stimulants (e.g., Adderall, Concerta, Vyvanse) or benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin). If these are central to your care, another practice may be a better fit.
