No provider–patient relationship
Using this website, submitting a form, or contacting us through the site does not create a physician–patient relationship. That relationship is established only after an appropriate evaluation and mutual agreement to begin care.
The same is true of our public social media accounts. Following, liking, commenting on, or messaging those accounts does not create a physician–patient relationship, and nothing posted there is specific to you or your care.
Not for emergencies
This website is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, call or text 988 for immediate support, or call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Scheduling and treatment are governed separately
Our scheduling link takes you to a separate system operated by SimplePractice, which has its own terms. If you become a patient, your care is governed by the practice documents you receive and sign at intake — including our Practice Policies, Consent for Psychiatric Treatment, and Consent for Telehealth — and not by these Terms of Use. Where those documents and these terms differ, those documents control as to your treatment.

Except for the third-party trademarks and logos described below, the content, design, and materials on this website are owned by Binh Pham, MD, PC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed for your personal, non-commercial use.
All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and seals appearing on this website — including those of UCLA, the University of Miami, and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology — are the property of their respective owners. They are shown for identification and informational purposes only, to reflect Dr. Pham’s education, training, and board certification, and their use does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
